Happy Birthday America! In July 2026, the United States will mark its 250th anniversary – and the Plymouth Chapter, NSDAR, is preparing to celebrate in a glorious way! Join us as we commemorate the semiquincentennial of the Declaration of Independence with an exhibition, partnerships, educational programs, and celebrations.
Additionally, the National Society has established the America 250! Committee to plan DAR’s involvement during our nation’s upcoming 250th birthday. DAR chapters will work to leave a lasting impact on their communities through meaningful local projects and events during this anniversary.

Featured stories will connect audiences with the people and places that shaped the story of settlement in Sheboygan County by American patriots and their descendants.
